I don't think there are any documented cases of vit D overdose, but watch out Oral. I had a blood draw a couple of months ago and my D level reading was 107. I wasn't feeling any differently, but that's pretty high considering 50-60 is the optimum level. I had been taking 6000 IU for about a year. Doc and I both agreed I didn't need to take any this summer.
