If the Supreme court invalidates the insurance regulations and insurance commissions in all fifty states (that have mostly been around since the Great Depression...) then that's all fine and dandy.

But if you, (or I <g>), say that "Federal regulations preempt State insurance regulations" (because of the "commerce clause") that counts as an "opinion". <g>
