When I read one article and see Aberdeen's own list of companies in the CIS market it's apparent that CIS includes all front office software solutions. Then I read the next article or press release and there is contradictory information which makes me wonder. As hard as I've tried, I sure don't have a handle on what Aberdeen's concept of CIS is.

While I don't vouch for the impartial nature of Upside magazine,
Howard Anderson, or The Yankee Group, I still enjoy seeing
different comparisons of my favorite companies.
Scopus put out a press release today:
