Conversation with Millenniun RE: Soviet Drilling

I talked with Millennium today, 11:10 AM Eastern. I introduced myself as an aipn shareholder.

Me: I would like information regarding any exploratory drilling that the Soviets may have done on any structures in aipn's holding.

Response: The Soviets? I've never been asked about the Soviets before and I don't know if that's important. There is a large structure called Chikuduk which is a big environmental problem because a plugged Soviet well has been leaking at the site.

Me: What about any of the other identifiable structures in the concession? What were the indications of any Soviet exploratory drilling in these locations?

Response: I don't see why that is important. There obviously sitting on a lot of oil. Have you seen the Strain Report? We're talking 1.1 billion barrels.

Me: Yes, I read this Strain Report on aipn's web site. But the reason I think this is important is the fact that the Soviets did sink a number of exploratory wells in this area only to get up and leave for the Tengiz field. Did the Soviets find anything or not?

Response: I understand your question, you're sort of beating around the bush--

Me: No, I'm asking a very direct question. What were the results of any Soviet exploratory drilling performed in this area? I think this is useful information.

Response: We really don't have that information. This is the first time the Soviets have been brought into the issue. (I was then asked again if I was a broker or individual investor)

Me: This may be useful information concerning the concession.

Response: (A discussion takes place between the person I'm speaking with and another) Wavetech is going over all of the Soviet data and evaluating 16 of these structures.

Me: Has Wavetech begun any new siesmic studies of these structures?

Response: We do not have that information.

Discussion ended. A few minutes later I received a follow up phone call from Millennium.

Millennium: Mr. Holden, the information regarding the Soviets is not public right now. We do not have this and do not know when it will or would be released.

Second conversation ended.

This is all easily verifiable. Just call Millennium and ask for Sharon.
