I don't see it....

I'm pretty certain that if you keep your current insurance coverage you already have a contract that you signed....

And even if there is some *new* 'public' insurance plan that becomes available, and competes with all the private insurance plans that are out there, you would STILL have to have a contract that you sign....

(How could you know what is covered and what isn't unless it's spelled out in your contract? What if the insurance company wanted to deny something? You would have to turn to the language in your contract to argue with them....)
