Re: "So the laws can change, big deal... think big..." Of course they can! (And... in this case, it might even be desirable to change 'em!) But, if someone proposes a law to put the feds in charge of insurance regulating... I can pretty much guarantee that MOST of the 50 State Insurance Commissions, if not all of em, (and all of their political backers, and a lot of folks who favor States' Rights over federal power) will be be ginned-up for a really big fight. :-)
