It depends on whether he has the function on or not. I placed him on ignore after he banned/ignored me because I like to ensure that those who use the ignore feature have their own tally affected by the practice.

So I only *ignore* those who *ignore* me. This prevents unwanted pms, but I can still read the public posts.
