If the US system is much better why do others live longer yet spend so much less?

Why do Americans spend 900 billion dollars more proportionately than any other first world nation? Why don't Americans live as long as Canadians, French, Italians, Japanese, Germans, Scandinavians, Australians and so on? Why don't Americans live as long as citizens in second world nations such as Jordan, South Korea, Greece and so on?

Why do Americans spend 6.5% more of their GDP (the 900 billion dollars) than any other first world nations which all spend around 10% of their GDP?

If the US system was better, shouldn't people live longer than the people in other countries and not have shorter life spans?

We, the U.S., proportionaly (per capita) spend 6.5% MORE of our GDP ($900 BILLION more) than every other western country with universal health care and we get the worst health care (as measured by preventable number of deaths) and people with the least life expectancy and quality of life. Our current health care system SUCKS!!!! Only greedy self serving morons would be blinded to that fact.
