Jim,

Let me know when Cuba starts producing the basic medical research, diagnostic tests and equipment, and medications the US produces.

What good are those things if Americans don't have access to them? Why can't we have a system like Germany's where there is considerable research and medical advancement while the entire population has access to those advancements?
