$98 million has been processed. They don't know the unprocessed liability. If 4000 dealers took in 25 clunkers at an average of $4000 on the first day, that would be $400 million in one day. On Fox, they were saying the average dealer did 25 to 30 deals on the first day details of the deal were available.

I find the "cash for clunkers" a "teachable" moment. It shows what giving the money to the people can do for quick economic stimulus. I think they should take the money away from some 2012 fairy tale and give it to the clunkers program.

I heard this morning that they are trying to expand the clunker program by a coupla billion....
