They have only "spent" (blown) 6% of the money. Nice little slush fund they created, huh?

1/3 of it was tax cuts so that went to work right away.

Yet they want stimulus 2. Nutz.

Who does? Mentioning a possibility doesn't mean 'they want it'.

There are still a LOT of unemployed Americans, and job growth isn't happening yet. Some further stimulating may be required.

That said though, I expect Obama to be pragmatic. He's going to go after the deficit as soon as he can.
