that's a democrat problem. if they can't support their view in the face of ads run by some group that gets inspired by sarah palin and is led by rush limbaugh, that's a democratic shortfall, not a republicrat issue. at least, imho. there is plenty of crap to hoist upon the republicrats. but the idea everything goes there and the demicans are knights in shining armour hasn't been thought through very well, imho. then again, i believe we live udner a two headed single party and the more people are fooled into yelling at the other head, the more loot gets stolen by the single party leaders.
