On another topic:

Here's this little program, CARS, that the Obama administration comes up with to get people to buy cars - and it's so successful that it fails - they didn't anticipate the reaction and ran out of money.

Simple little program that should've run itself.

So, if they can't run a simple little program, that probably wasn't 1000+ pages long, what makes them think they can manage a health care system?
