August is my favorite month in Wa State. It will be temperate.......not too hot, not too cold, with few if any bugs. And it always seems to be so quiet in August. I guess people are on vacation and the ones left behind are just ready for a long rest from the hustle and bustle of the past 11 months? I don't know what it is, but I love it.
