Stawman setup! He never got such a call, but they are happy to make voters out to be idiots.

That's the problem with Medicare. It is a government run and mandated program.

As a medicare patient you do not get the same quality care that occurs under private insurance or the same procedures.

i.e. You got a stress test when you went to the hospital, well guess what, a stress test is one of the first tests that is recommended for people with heart problems by Social Security. The next step is another test, and then another test.

Rather than going for the definitive tests the system wastes time and money with these government requirements of order.

Did you know Kenneth, that if you have cataracts and you are on Medicare, you can't get the state-of-the art replacement lens-------you get the replacement lens that have been prescribed for the past 15 to 10 years. Then you still need eyeglasses. This is real discrimination-----by the government, requiring the old-fashioned rather than the new.

Yep, that is government care-----deciding what is best for you and not letting you and your doctor decide.

Just a friendly suggestion, if you end up in the ER again with heart symptoms-------tell them to go for the whole body scan of the heart and its functioning-----high tech pictures to make a diagnosis--------these have been around for almost 15 years now.

It just might save your life whereas a stress test does nothing to save your life.
