i've been reading the testimonial comments....

while i agree with peter v that removal and cleaning would be a PITA, if the filter does indeed provide better gas mileage and power, it would be worth it...i guess it's worth a shot....we bought a honda ridgeline that get pretty awful gas mileage (thankfully it's a very short commute and we wanted it to have a truck for hauling stuff and the occasional person)

i'm going to look into the K&N filters
