I don't think that anyone (certainly NOT ME) will dispute the obvious trends that polling data show --- Presidential approval numbers have declined, and disapprovals have risen.

(As is considered perfectly normal for any new President. And, I would add, is perfectly to be expected when contentious issues and large problems are being batted about.)
