The week ahead: Obama heads to Camp David on Saturday, returning on Sunday. On Monday, he honors the post-9/11 GI Bill at George Mason University, welcomes the emir of Kuwait at the White House and holds an event with Jimmy Johnson and other NASCAR champions. On Wednesday he travels to Elkhart, Ind., where he will talk about the economy. Thursday he headlines a fundraiser for Creigh Deeds at Tyson's Corner, Va.
