"Drivable condition" sounds like there's more than a little wiggle room. Especially if said vehicle is now a crushed 4'x4' cube 'o metal......

If we've learned just one thing from the housing bubble, it's that every conceivable loophole that CAN be taken advantage of to defraud the government WILL be taken advantage of to defraud the government. In size......
