I was worried that Obama and Gates would take advantage of Crowley. It is clear that Crowley is a man of substance and Dignity, and as you say "Presidential". It is clear that he isn't going to let himself be used. Until Gates apologizes to Crowley I can't see him in a positive light. I believe that the Beer Summit backfired on Obama and Gates. When Obama loses in 2012, I believe that there is going to be a dotted line to this event as the beginning of the end.
