(And, anyone who has ever traveled in the Third World knows it ain't that difficult to finesse most local officials anyway. :-) But... it's good that we agree now that that earlier post (which said America had 'banned travel') was CLEARLY WRONG about at least one part. An 'advisory warning' is most definitely not a ban.
