GM: Damages would be hard to pinpoint. BTW, I think you're required to go to arbitration first anyway. BUT, TheStreet.com is taking email from online traders for a story they're writing about online brokers. They want us to rate from 1 (great) to 5 (horrible) and make brief comments. They say they're going to name names and expose the hooey which has been in the press so far. So, everybody email to enorton@thestreet.com

Well, obviously feeling left out of the world spotlight, that 'wacky Iraqi' has just issued a statement that all American citizens serving with the UN, or flying overflights, have one week to get out of Iraq......

Can you say 'oil price spike'?

No, I am not interested in litigation. I am interested in chivvying them (E*TRADE) to the point where they fire their systems people, hire some of the many bright networking kids now available, and get some real hardware. Oh yes, and fire their customer relations people who never listen and just give automatic responses.
