(Scenario "A" would have required appearing before the Lieutenant Governor, or his designee, and attesting formally to the circumstances. Then signing the documentation along with the officials. So there would have to be a record of such.) Scenario "B" is what the State officials attest to. (Even the Republican Governor.) As to: "The existance of the birth notice doesn't prove either scenario so not worth commenting on." You ASKED FOR IT (so I went and found it for you). If it didn't matter to you then why did you ask for it like it was important or something? I wouldn't have bothered except that you asked....
