Deny it all you want. I'm giving you the facts. Federal spending has increased 16% already under Obama, and that's not even counting the health care legislation that's about to be passed.

Listen, this guy inherited the worst position of any President in US history. Two quagmire wars, the entire financial system collapsing, unemployment skyrocketing, the auto industry going BK, little stuff like the swine flu pandemic (normally huge news). I'll take 16% increase in Fed spending... it looks like we may have averted a depression (knock on wood).

Health care spending, and cap and trade, are intended to lower health and energy costs long term. We can argue if that is good policy or timely... and it's legitimate to do so. I have my doubts on much of the health bill and really have doubts on how the energy situation is developing.... those are good discussions because they ultimately lead to better solutions. It's wonk policy stuff not political garbage about Obama increasing the size of government the most since FDR.

But you don't sound like you're in the right frame of mind to discuss that.

You know I'm always ready for a policy debate. Just don't throw bumper sticker talking point shit at me.
