Whatever it is that is being presented as a second quarter 10Q is different from that sent to me by fax. The attachments it refers to are not part of this thing. And I certainly don't know if they are all included in the fax. We'll have to wait and see what is presented on the official SEC EDGAR web site to see if a full report is made...if in fact it is filed. I don't know why I'm not surprised. What a bunch!!

My apologies Dan, your right. I pulled a form search for Xecom and 10Q, and it pulled a filing on, 8/14/97. I assumed that was it. My apologies again, however, once again the company has told me that the 10Q has been sent to the apropriate people. Why it hasn't been filed yet, I don't know. As far as me being fired, we already know know your opinion of my family in general, let alone me. And as far as my father having an influence on me, of course! I am proud to say it has been a very positive one. Hope your children can say the same for you one day. Mario
