Silly, silly me for just skimming the requirements instead of actually reading them.

As for the question, I can't for the life of me think of a good answer as to why someone would willingly put down a fine automobile like that S80.

the government is involved.

if you like what the government does for putting down perfectly good autos, wait until you see what they can do for health care (do not take this as any kind of support for the current jacked system)!
