Lot of people bought a home as an investment, planning for their retirement. I paid cash for my home and invest in equities for my retirement.

Their value of their retirement account went down as did the value of my retirement account.

A politician decides the person who invested in overpriced homes get bailed out for their losses but I don't becaue it's the latest tearjerk poor pitiful me issue?
