This is pretty simple stuff.
If you have a financial incentive to drop coverage and let policy holders fend for themselves the only thing stopping you is a review by your equally financially biased peers.
Sure you can sue but your odds of winning were under review too.
Aetna dropped 8 million people a few years ago, Wall Street did back flips, shareholders rejoiced, their former customers were screwed.
The government rubber stamps anything the banking community wants.
Why not our health?
