That's recent history. We moved beyond the Lost Decade. Entered Demographic Window mid 90's.

Cruising nicely into the wealth period OECD enjoyed in the last decades.

Now OECD has to carry the burden of the old people as we carried the burden of the younger people.

Mankind just moving on.

There are no winners nor losers. There are only sets of circumstances that drives mankind.
