This is totally disingenuous. And you know it is.

Bush saved the financial system with TARP I, money which is already being paid back - if we get all the TARP I funds back, which seems likely, the Bush portion of the deficit will be maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of the total $2 Trillion. The rest is Obama.

Obama's "stimulus" program has added $100 Million PER DAY in interest costs that will never, ever go away. This was a terrible mistake and if the economy is indeed turning around, then spending the other 90% of stimulus money ought to be stopped.

That you disagree with this view just makes it clear that you are every bit as partisan and intellectually dishonest as tejek is.

I think Obama should spend until there is no more money left in the Treasury. That's what I think.
