No, it doesn't. There are lots of variables. But as a general principle, it's solid. Remember, this is a long time consideration and the product is of critical value.

I will avoid going to the doctor at almost all cost. I avoid hospitals like the plaugue.

That's typical among younger people, more so men than women. But that's only of value short term or if you don't live long enough to join the country's senior men, who use a lot of resources, perhaps more than they would have had they been more engaged with the medical system in their youth. Older men want to extend their lives or at least feel better while they're still alive, just like everyone else. When you reach the point where you can't bend your back or you have ED, you'll go.
