Another common problem is managing performance of affirmative action candidates who work the game to find out just how little they can do to get fired. Meanwhile all the others whites, Latinos and Asians pick up the slack.

Many supervisors and managers are loath to correct this until the situation gets so bad they have no choice.

Affirmative action breeds racisim, Steve. No matter how it operates. I see no sign that we will get rid of it. The Liberal Elites believe in it and get around any laws stopping it. We see this happening right now in the California University System.
