This is a very huge problem and that you would even ask the question in this forum is silly.

That's what I thought...no solutions, no ideas...just the phenomenal skill of pointing out the obvious.

I know that the first step is to get government OUT of the Medicare/Medicaid business;

I would love to see the republicans take that on....it would be a fireworks display worthy of the 4th of july.
