Companies like the one I work for will be phased out of their current policies in 5 years, though they can exit sooner. Mine probably would hold out as long as possible. After that everyone would be in state "exchanges" which would be similar to HMO's. I could choose HMO coverage now and save money. I choose to pay more to have more choices than an HMO would give. I won't have that right eventually if Obamacare passes.
