Maybe so on unforeseen incidentals that arose while in office due to other events, but no one has ever intentionally, knowingly, and wilfully broken a MAJOR promise as grand as this and on such a huge overhaul experimental project that has never been tested... this is just a bold faced lie and everyone knows it... even you know it, but you just won't admit it... even the budget office told him it cannot be done... keep on pretending, some day you'll hit a wall and wonder why...<g> GZ
