The solution to this is for us to not respond to the class action suit solicitation letters. And the courts should not accept a class action suit when the response of the class is below a certain response percentage.

Why should this be so complex for our Congress?

Nice work if you can get it? There's a firm in my state that advertises a lot, a very lot... they are always coming up with new drugs to sue over and list out things that might have gone wrong with you and to give them a call. It's a bit creepy.
