I could use a new roof, thats more important then your kitchen. So I need $15,000 because a roof is more important than a kitchen. Besides I am now an Obama liberal and that makes me better than you. No point giving out cash if you can't buy my vote!

You out of your mind? We just got a brand new, great kitchen complete with cooking and cooling units at less than $4,500! OK, we did have to do the installation, but no doubt you can pay some illegal a couple of 100 bucks for that and it's all done.

That said, your idea 'bout $10k to everybody to get rid of his clunkers kitchen ain't that bad at all!
