If $1B on car subsidies is good, would not $20B be 20x as good?

Well now they are trying to add 2 billion more. So I guess if you spend the money really really fast, thats good, but really slow is bad?

Oh, that's right the faster they buy your vote the better! They had better hope those new Chrysler and Government Motors are not new clunkers that break down just before election day.
