TSPT is still up 56.72% with volume about 15x its ADV.<g> The stock opened with a good UG after the news on Sunday.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced yesterday a collaboration agreement with Purdue to commercialize its Intermezzo sublingual tablet in the US. It still needs approval from the FDA, but if approved,it has the potential to be the first prescription sleep aid specifically approved for use in the middle of the night at the time a patient awakens and has difficulty returning to sleep. (The NDA will be reviewed by the FDA on Oct 30.) The stock still has some resistance to go through before it can test its Nov 2007 DG.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
