The administration collected information on 80,500 vehicle transactions logged into the government's operating system through Saturday afternoon. An official said the fuel efficiency improvements would save a typical customer $700 to $1,000 a year in fuel costs. The new vehicles were getting 25.4 miles per gallon on average, a 61 percent increase over the models traded in, said the official, speaking on condition on anonymity because the figures had not been released. That's horrible news.......gas stations will be hurting for customers. They will have to do layoffs. Then there is the refiners.......they will be hurting too. And the street cleaners.......there will be less oil and gas stains on the streets. More layoffs will follow. Obama wants to destroy America so he can go back to Kenya a hero! Damn. This winger talk is easy!

Another total crock. Nobody was driving the cars that were traded. They were sitting on blocks in the owners back yards.
