Could it be that the Obama's numbers are moving back up? Yes, I think so:

The numbers move up and down. But at this time, there are close to an all-time low for Obama -- an 18 point spread.


The spread was 10 just last thursday. Its gone up 8 points since progress was made on the health plan.

But obviously, now that the news has turned away from socialization of health care, he'll get a little bounce.

The trend is unmistakable and I don't know of a damned thing that is going to turn it around. For example, yesterday it became clear they're considering tax increases on the middle class -- something he promised solemnly not to do. You probably like that, but most people are going to be pissed.

Who told you? Geithner said tax hikes.....not the middle class. And he shouldn't have even said that......Gibbs was out first thing this AM saying there would be no tax increase for the middle class.
