The pharmacy at my Kroger's store has been offering a free blood workup. I did that last week, even though I had just done it with Life Line Labs a month before. I wanted to see what my large dose of fish oil was doing to my cholesterol numbers. I take 9 fish oils (1250 mg) throughout the day. Generally, my numbers were the best I've ever had in the more than 10 years I've kept records. My triglycerides were the best ever at 67. Total cholesterol still a tad high at 211, but that doesn't worry me even a tiny bit.
