Rick, Let's take a look at what you have posted.

1. Rick, I agree, alot of stock has been converted, a number of it which has been repriced. None of that bodes well for stockholder equity.
I also agree that there are disturbing patterns during which conversions are taking place, press releases are being issued, the stock is rising, only to be followed by a poor earnings release which sinks the stock. I think this scenario is exactly what is transpiring now. However, remember there are over 25 mm's for this security which makes it almost impossible to manipulate either volume or price.
There are too many shares outstanding to be influential either way.
I also think companies like this routinely fool the SEC (another topic).
I'm not sure what or who INGRID is but from what she has posted she
sounds like a pile of s**t. Not only is it dishonest it hasn't been accurate. I own this stock and I have a profit which I have protected through sell limits. I refuse to lose money.

2. Rick As far as this thread goes, people can use and interpret information anyway they want. If they don't happen to see a pattern of abuse: well than they will just lose money and screw'em. As long as you have attempted to ENLIGHTEN others then all you can do is say "told you so." I say " Post the truth-let the score be determined in the market.
3. Rick, I totally agree. This company treats its shareholders with the back of a hand. First, any company that needs to sell securities to finance ongoing operations is going to be a speculative play. With that in mind, I would think those type of companies would prioritize shareholders because they are taking the RISK and banking on future products of the company. Second, a company that has lost over 75 million in the last 5 years should be more open with its equity owners not less. It really makes you ask what is going on here? I have never met anyone from management, but the fact that they draw six figure salaries and hve repriced their incentive options down to 1 cent gives me the feeling they are not looking out for me. We have a right to be disgruntled about investing hard earned money in a company that has consistently lost money and been less than open with its owners.

4. Rick,
I don't care if dbx is the "miracle" product. Just be honest about how many you sold and how much it cost you to sell it. I happen to think dbx is a good product and it seems like softworks is really producing some rev's. Frankly, I would like to see CCEE succeed and pay us back for the RISK we have taken holding this stock (Me not YOU).

Finally, this forum should be open to disgruntled people as well even if they have been described as psychotic and paranoid. Thats okay. Right?Right!Right!!!
