Tech. started off the rally first and will be the first to decline. Notice the last few sessions the INDU/S&P made new highs then the NDX followed. Also we have evidence of the big money shorts coming in on tech. Nasy first, then S&P (SDS) and hopefully the financials as I would love to get into FAZ.

Consumer Spending and housing reports out this A.M. will give the market direction.

They went too high. They might go higher, but it seems a good
time to rotate anyhow. The philosophy for financials is the
following - weak counterparties blew up and are now the government.
So, the government is paying big (printed) bucks to strong,
or more connected, counterparties. The contracts are all
bilaterial. -g-
