Off Topic--401(k) Activity--Derek, No. we don't have automated telephone switch. Just an 800 number and a service rep. The automated switch software costs about $50,000. We don't have the critical mass to justify that investment. Also, most of the participants in the 401(k)'s we administer have 60% or greater allocations to equity funds. They are not a bunch of GIC contract buying conservatives.
