Actually I think it is legal for Longnshort and illegal for Rangle.

They can't tax overseas properties, but I think politicians are required to report them anyway.

Or maybe Rangle did report them and people are claiming he is a hypocrite because he to is getting around tax's. Though I don't recall what the issue is now.
