Stop citing articles written by morons as reference. I don't care what any of those writers say. I know better. I have the experience and have actually been through the processes. The long form's needed to get a passport. Read the requirements. Schools require it too to register. Probably why his school records are locked up too. The certification issued by the States is too easily faked. Also my experience, most media reporters don't know anything about the subject they are writing on.
