Thanks Bob and good stuff. Another subject to bring up which i'm sure has been asked numerous times over the past few years is for SI to get with the times in a sense in dissolving the time consuming ways of using ancient HTML in composing messages... For example, it would be really nice to have a few options that Stockhouse and Agoracom have implemented to be able to highlight part of your post to then simply click on a tab to make it italic/bold/underline...voila...having the basics is all i'm really saying making it more time efficient. In saying that, simple is indeed very good and having all sorts of colours and functions that aren't necessary is not needed (SH has screwed up big time with major overkill). Having it all in one font is a good thing (ie. Arial) as there's no need to get too fancy....to kick it up a slight notch in this department would most certainly help imvho, especially when it makes our posts much more manageable/presentable and time efficient to compose. I realize many posters could care less about these functions that aren't willing to bend with the times and that's their choice, but the choice should be made available for others just the same at the click of a few buttons instead of ancient HTML... There are some dandy features at SI which makes it a leader, one is the automatic spell checker engine which does an awesome/quick job and another is the ability to read 100 posts at a time for the busier threads. The speed at SI i find is superior to other forums - SI is whooping their competitors butts in these categories! Anyways, just throwing that out there as more food for thought... Cheers!
