Well... since that is the ONLY THING that has any relevance to his constitutional authority and ability to hold the office that's KINDA THE WHOLE POINT. <GGG> Re: "there are other more relevant components to this issue..." Oh, I'm sure there are! Things like the Sociological implications of conspiracy thinking... mass pop psychology... ratings 'grabbers' for 'he said / she said' cable TV blab-fests... profit margins for their corporate owners, etc., etc. (All quite interesting topics in their own lights, no doubt at all. But completely irrelevant to the original political and legal question that this was supposed to be about --- the President's legal qualifications for office.) :-)
