I do have the resources but I would expect to expend them right here in the US of A.

I can understand your concern about rationing and that those without their own resources might end up being effectively excluded from lifesaving care that Obamacare doesn't fund just as those without insurance are sometimes excluded now.

But not funding something and criminalizing it are two very different things. I cannot imagine private payment made to private doctors becoming illegal, at least not in my lifetime and probably not in Obama's. Where do you get the idea that the private practice of medicine would be criminalized? Connect the dots for me, please.
